Discuss in Odoo: Team Communication in Context

My take

Discuss is not trying to replace every chat tool, but by keeping communication tied to the actual work and records, it removes the disconnect that separate messaging apps create. When the conversation lives with the work, context is preserved and less falls through the cracks.
