Hello, I'm Sajjal Bajaj, a versatile and results-driven professional with nearly 10 years of experience in software development, project management, and client relations. My journey in tech began in June 2016 as a developer, where I spent six years honing my craft and eventually stepping into the role of Team Lead.

Today I wear multiple hats: Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Team Lead, Project Manager, and ERP Consultant working with Odoo and Microsoft. My work spans project delivery, managing client expectations, and keeping teams collaborating smoothly. Backed by a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), I lean on Agile methodologies to drive efficient, effective execution.

I'm also a certified Power BI developer, turning data into actionable insight, and my technical interests reach into Microservices architecture and Artificial Intelligence, through collaboration with Intel-powered AI initiatives. Whether leading a team, running a complex project, building BI solutions, or implementing ERP, I'm committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
